- Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
- Bell peppers: 2 diced bell peppers (any color)
- Diced tomatoes: 1 can (14.5 oz or 410 g)
- Worcestershire sauce: 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper: to taste
- Shredded cheese: 1 cup (cheddar or your choice)
Instructions
- Prepare all your ingredients by dicing the onion and bell peppers, and mincing the garlic.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Add the diced onion, minced garlic, and bell peppers to the skillet and sauté for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce, mixing well. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the mixture, cover the skillet, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted. Serve hot.
