Description
Savory garlic butter chicken with zucchini and corn.
Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 zucchinis, sliced
- 1 cup corn, fresh or frozen
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same pan, add butter and garlic.
- Sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add zucchini and corn, cook for 5 minutes.
- Return chicken to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.

- Adjust seasoning as preferred.
- Can substitute chicken thighs for breasts.
