Savory garlic butter chicken with zucchini and corn.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 cup corn, fresh or frozen
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add butter and garlic.
  6. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
  7. Add zucchini and corn, cook for 5 minutes.
  8. Return chicken to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes.
  9. Serve hot.
