Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into rectangles.
- Mix the sausage meat with mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Place the sausage mixture on one end of each pastry rectangle.
- Roll the pastry over the filling to enclose it.
- Seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
