Ingredients

- 1 lb sausage
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Remove sausage, leaving drippings in the skillet.
- Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
- Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Cut biscuits into quarters and mix with sausage.
- Spread the mixture in a baking dish.
- Pour gravy over the top and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Use any type of sausage you prefer.
- For a spicier dish, add red pepper flakes.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
