Description

  • 1 bag (30 oz) frozen hashbrowns
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked sausage, hashbrowns, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
