- 1 pound sausage
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until brown.
- Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Add milk, salt, and pepper; cook until thickened.
- Roll out biscuit dough and place in a pie dish.
- Pour sausage gravy into the biscuit crust.
- Top with remaining biscuit dough.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
