 - 6 eggs
 - 2 cups milk
 - 4 cups bread cubes
 - 1 cup shredded cheese
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - Cook sausage in a skillet until browned.
 - In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
 - In a greased baking dish, layer bread cubes, cooked sausage, and cheese.
 - Pour egg mixture over the top.
 - Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
