A simple and flavorful sausage dish made in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 1 pound of sausage
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat.
- Transfer the sausage to the crockpot.
- Add onion, bell peppers, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth.
- Stir in garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Serve with rice or bread.
- You can add other vegetables as desired.
- Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
