- 1 pound of sausage
- 8 ounces of cream cheese
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the sausage and cream cheese until well combined.
- Add the cheddar cheese, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until fully incorporated.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- These can be frozen for up to 2 months.
