Ingredients

- 1 pound sausage
- 2 cups uncooked rice
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
- Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until soft.
- Stir in the rice, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer to a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Fluff with a fork before serving.

- Feel free to add vegetables like peas or corn.
- Use brown rice for a healthier option.
