Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until soft.
  4. Stir in the rice, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish and cover with foil.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Fluff with a fork before serving.
