Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta
  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned.
  4. Add sliced bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Sauté until softened.
  5. Stir in diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Add cooked pasta to the skillet. Mix well and heat through.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.

  • Use any type of pasta you prefer.
