- 8 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup diced onions

- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the sausage until browned.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Stir in the cooked sausage, cheese, bell peppers, and onions.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
