Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup crushed salty peanuts
  • 1 package vanilla pudding mix

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the peanut butter, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and sugar until soft peaks form.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
  4. Add the pudding mix and salt, then mix until combined.
  5. Slice the bananas and layer them in a serving dish.
  6. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the bananas.
  7. Sprinkle half of the crushed peanuts on top.
  8. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
