- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup crushed salty peanuts
- 1 package vanilla pudding mix
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the peanut butter, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and sugar until soft peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
- Add the pudding mix and salt, then mix until combined.
- Slice the bananas and layer them in a serving dish.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the bananas.
- Sprinkle half of the crushed peanuts on top.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe bananas for the best flavor.
- For a crunchy texture, reserve some peanuts for topping just before serving.
- Can substitute almond or cashew butter for a different flavor.
