Ingredients

Instructions

  2. In another saucepan, combine the sugar and butter and cook until golden brown.
  3. Add the heavy cream to the sugar mixture and stir until smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in the chocolate chips and vanilla extract until melted.
  5. Cool the mixture to room temperature, then refrigerate until firm.
  6. Once firm, scoop out portions and roll into balls.
  7. Roll the truffles in sea salt.
  8. Chill again before serving.
