Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it simmers.
- Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Stir until melted.
- Mix in the salted caramel sauce and sea salt until smooth.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Once chilled, use a scoop to form truffles.
- Roll each truffle in cocoa powder.
- Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
