Delicious salted caramel bites that are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt the sugar over medium heat until it turns amber.
- Add the butter and stir until melted.
- Slowly add the heavy cream and stir until smooth.
- Mix in sea salt and vanilla extract.
- Pour into a greased pan and let cool.
- Once set, cut into small squares.
- Melt chocolate chips and dip each square into the chocolate.
- Let them set on parchment paper.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be refrigerated for longer shelf life.
