Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 medium apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Press half of the mixture into a greased baking pan.
  4. Layer the diced apples over the crust.
  5. Drizzle the salted caramel sauce over the apples.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture on top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let it cool before cutting into bars.
