Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 jalapeño, minced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for grilling
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill salmon for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- In a bowl, combine mango, red onion, red bell pepper, jalapeño, lime juice, and cilantro.
- Mix well and season with salt to taste.
- Serve grilled salmon topped with mango salsa.
