- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Place salmon in the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove salmon and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the same pan and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir until combined.
- Return salmon to the pan and coat with the sauce.
- Cook for another 2 minutes and serve hot.
