Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook salmon for about 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  4. Remove salmon and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Add heavy cream and Dijon mustard, stirring to combine.
  7. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until sauce thickens.
  8. Return salmon to the pan, coating with sauce.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
