Description
Salmon fillets served with a creamy Dijon mustard sauce.
Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Cook salmon for about 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Remove salmon and set aside.
- In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream and Dijon mustard, stirring to combine.
- Simmer for 3-4 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Return salmon to the pan, coating with sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

- Serve with steamed vegetables or rice.
- Adjust mustard quantity to taste.
