- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Add butter and let it melt.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Place salmon in the skillet, skin side down.
- Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Pour lemon juice over the salmon during the last minute of cooking.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
