- 1 cup pineapple chunks

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in the minced garlic and lemon juice.
- Lay out four pieces of aluminum foil.
- Place a salmon fillet on each piece of foil.
- Top each fillet with pineapple chunks.
- Drizzle the lemon garlic butter sauce over the salmon and pineapple.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Fold the foil packets tightly to seal.
- Place the packets on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Carefully open the packets, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve.
