Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until browned.
- Remove patties and set aside.
- Add diced potatoes to the skillet and cook until tender.
- Stir in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
- Return patties to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
