Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cups potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until browned.
  5. Remove patties and set aside.
  6. Add diced potatoes to the skillet and cook until tender.
  7. Stir in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
  8. Return patties to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes.
  9. Serve hot.
