Ingredients

- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
Instructions
- Wash and dry the mixed greens.
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and carrots.
- Add the walnuts and feta cheese.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately.
