Ahi tuna steak inspired by Ruth’s Chris recipe.
Ingredients

- 2 Ahi tuna steaks (6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the tuna steaks with the marinade.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on both sides of the steaks.
- Grill the steaks for about 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a minute before slicing.
Notes
- Serve with a side of avocado or salad.
- Adjust cooking time according to thickness for desired doneness.
- Use fresh tuna for the best flavor.
