A simple recipe for making rustic dandelion jelly using fresh dandelion flowers.
Ingredients

- 2 cups dandelion petals
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 package pectin
- 5 cups sugar
Instructions
- Wash dandelion petals thoroughly.
- Boil petals in water for 10 minutes.
- Strain the liquid into a bowl.
- Add lemon juice and pectin to the liquid.
- Bring to a boil, then add sugar.
- Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
Notes
- Use only the yellow petals, avoiding green parts.
- Ensure jars are properly sterilized before use.
- Let the jelly set for 24 hours before use.
