A delicious no-bake treat made with rum, chocolate, and nuts.
Ingredients

- 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
- 1/2 cup dark rum
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup additional powdered sugar for rolling
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix crushed vanilla wafers, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and chopped nuts.
- Add rum and vanilla extract to the mixture.
- Stir until well combined.
- Form mixture into small balls.
- Roll each ball in powdered sugar to coat.
- Place rum balls on a tray and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- These can be made ahead of time for parties.
