- 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup dark rum
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup additional powdered sugar for coating
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine crushed vanilla wafers, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and chopped nuts.
- Add dark rum and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
- Mix until well combined and a dough forms.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Coat each ball in powdered sugar.
- Place the rum balls on a baking sheet and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Serve and enjoy.

- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- For a non-alcoholic version, replace rum with orange juice.
