A festive cheese ball shaped like Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.


Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 small red pepper (for nose)
  • 2 pretzel sticks (for antlers)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, blue cheese, walnuts, green onions, cranberries, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  5. Once chilled, place the cheese ball on a serving plate.
  6. Decorate with the red pepper for the nose and pretzel sticks for the antlers.
