Instructions

  4. In another bowl, beat sugar and oil until combined.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in buttermilk and vanilla.

  8. Divide the batter between the prepared pans.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
