- 4 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup mixed vegetables, frozen
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, stuffing, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, and mixed vegetables.
- Add garlic powder and onion powder, and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
