- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 box of stuffing mix
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the stuffing mix and chicken broth.
- Add the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, celery, onion, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
Notes
- Use leftover chicken if available.
- Feel free to add vegetables like peas or carrots.
