- 1 pound sausage
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes (10 oz)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups biscuit mix
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix sausage, cream cheese, and Rotel until smooth.
- Add cheddar cheese and biscuit mix. Stir until combined.
- Form mixture into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place balls on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve warm for best flavor.
- Can be made ahead and frozen.
- Adjust spice level by using mild or hot Rotel.
