Description

Soft and fluffy dinner rolls infused with rosemary and honey butter.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add melted butter, egg, honey, and rosemary. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add flour and salt. Knead until smooth.
  4. Place dough in a greased bowl. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Punch down the dough and shape into rolls.
  7. Place rolls on a baking sheet. Let them rise for 30 minutes.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Brush with melted honey butter before serving.
