Ingredients
Scale
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 egg
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, egg, honey, and rosemary. Mix well.
- Gradually add flour and salt. Knead until smooth.
- Place dough in a greased bowl. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Punch down the dough and shape into rolls.
- Place rolls on a baking sheet. Let them rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with melted honey butter before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh rosemary for best flavor.
- You can substitute honey with maple syrup.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
