Delicious rosemary garlic steak kebabs grilled to perfection.
Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cubed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Add steak cubes to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- Thread steak, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until desired doneness.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Use your favorite vegetables for skewering.
