Ingredients

- 2 pounds of baby potatoes
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly.
- Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and gently smash them with a fork.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the mixture over the smashed potatoes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm.

- You can adjust the amount of garlic and rosemary to your taste.
