- 200 grams paneer
- 1 cup full cream milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1/4 cup rose water
- 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios
- 2 tablespoons chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup rose petals
Instructions
- Prepare the paneer by boiling milk and curdling it.
- Drain the paneer and knead it until smooth.
- Shape the paneer into small balls.
- In a pan, boil milk and add sugar and cardamom powder.
- Once the milk thickens, add rose water.
- Add the paneer balls to the milk and let them soak.
- Garnish with chopped nuts and rose petals.
- Chill before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh paneer for best results.
- Adjust sugar based on your taste.
- Soak the rasmalai for at least 2 hours for better flavor.
