Instructions

  1. Prepare the paneer by boiling milk and curdling it.
  2. Drain the paneer and knead it until smooth.
  3. Shape the paneer into small balls.
  4. In a pan, boil milk and add sugar and cardamom powder.
  5. Once the milk thickens, add rose water.
  6. Add the paneer balls to the milk and let them soak.
  7. Garnish with chopped nuts and rose petals.
  8. Chill before serving.
