Ingredients

  • 4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 6 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet.
  4. In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy.
  5. Remove bacon and add pecans and brown sugar to the skillet, stirring until caramelized.
