- 2 roasted red peppers
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a blender, combine roasted red peppers, garlic, and olive oil. Blend until smooth.
- In a pan, heat the cream over medium heat.
- Add the red pepper mixture to the cream and stir well.
- Mix in parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce, stirring to coat.
- Serve with fresh basil on top.
