A smooth and creamy dip made with roasted red peppers and chickpeas.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, roasted red peppers, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and cumin.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add salt to taste.
  4. If the hummus is too thick, add a little water to reach desired consistency.
  5. Serve with pita bread or vegetables.
