A smooth and creamy dip made with roasted red peppers and chickpeas.
Ingredients

- 1 cup canned chickpeas, drained
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, roasted red peppers, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and cumin.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add salt to taste.
- If the hummus is too thick, add a little water to reach desired consistency.
- Serve with pita bread or vegetables.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Can be served as a spread or dip.
