Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and trim the green beans.
  3. In a bowl, toss green beans with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the green beans on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Return to oven and roast for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
