A simple and delicious side dish of roasted green beans with parmesan.
Ingredients

- 1 pound fresh green beans
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and trim the green beans.
- In a bowl, toss green beans with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the green beans on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
- Return to oven and roast for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.

- Serve immediately for best texture.
- Can substitute parmesan with other cheeses if desired.
