  • Balsamic vinegar: 15 ml (1 tablespoon)
  • Pecans: 100 grams (about 1 cup), chopped

Instructions

  1. Wash the Brussels sprouts under cold water, trim the ends, and cut them in half.
  2. In a small bowl, combine maple syrup, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to make the glaze.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add the halved Brussels sprouts and pour the maple glaze over them, tossing to coat.
