A flavorful twist on classic deviled eggs with roasted garlic.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1 head of garlic
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Chives for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wrap the head of garlic in aluminum foil and roast for 30-35 minutes.
- Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then cool in cold water.
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves into the bowl with the yolks.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with chopped chives.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, add more mayonnaise.
- Adjust the garlic according to your taste.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
