Roasted Garlic Deviled Eggs that Will Wow Your Guests

Description

A flavorful twist on classic deviled eggs with roasted garlic.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wrap the head of garlic in aluminum foil and roast for 30-35 minutes.
  3. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then cool in cold water.
  4. Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  5. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  6. Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves into the bowl with the yolks.
  7. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
  8. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
  9. Garnish with chopped chives.

Notes

  • For a creamier texture, add more mayonnaise.
  • Adjust the garlic according to your taste.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
