Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Chop the vegetables into uniform pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the vegetables with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the seasoned vegetables to the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for desired tenderness and serve hot.
