Description

Roast beef sliders are small sandwiches filled with tender roast beef, served on soft rolls.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 12 slider rolls
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup sliced pickles
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Slice the slider rolls in half and spread the mayo mixture on both sides.
  4. Layer roast beef and cheese on the bottom half of each roll.
  5. Add pickles on top of the cheese.
  6. Place the top half of the rolls back on.
  7. Brush the tops with olive oil.
  8. Place sliders on a baking sheet and cover with foil.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
  10. Serve warm.

Notes

  • You can add sautéed onions for extra flavor.
  • Use any cheese you prefer.
