Description
Roast beef sliders are small sandwiches filled with tender roast beef, served on soft rolls.
Ingredients

- 1 lb roast beef, thinly sliced
- 12 slider rolls
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup sliced pickles
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the slider rolls in half and spread the mayo mixture on both sides.
- Layer roast beef and cheese on the bottom half of each roll.
- Add pickles on top of the cheese.
- Place the top half of the rolls back on.
- Brush the tops with olive oil.
- Place sliders on a baking sheet and cover with foil.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- You can add sautéed onions for extra flavor.
- Use any cheese you prefer.
- These sliders are great for parties.
