A delicious no-bake dessert featuring layers of Ritz crackers and salted caramel.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Ritz crackers
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Crush the Ritz crackers into small pieces.
  2. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and whip until peaks form.
  4. Layer crushed Ritz crackers at the bottom of a dish.
  5. Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the crackers.
  6. Drizzle salted caramel sauce on top.
  7. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cream on top.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
