- 2 cups Ritz crackers
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup salted caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Crush the Ritz crackers into small pieces.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add the heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and whip until peaks form.
- Layer crushed Ritz crackers at the bottom of a dish.
- Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the crackers.
- Drizzle salted caramel sauce on top.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cream on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use store-bought caramel sauce for convenience.
- For added flavor, sprinkle sea salt on top.
- Let the cake sit overnight for best results.
