Description

Mint flavored chocolate thins on Ritz crackers.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Ritz crackers
  • 1 cup mint chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candies

Instructions

  1. Melt mint chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Dip each Ritz cracker into the melted chocolate.
  3. Place the dipped crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top of the chocolate before it sets.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to harden.
