Ingredients

- 400g rigatoni pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 400g canned tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot and add salt.
- Add rigatoni and cook according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add canned tomatoes and oregano; simmer for 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Drain rigatoni and mix with the sauce.
- Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
