- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1 baguette, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Roast tomatoes for 20 minutes until soft.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with balsamic vinegar and basil.
- Toast baguette slices until golden brown.
- Spread ricotta mixture on toasted bread.
- Top with roasted tomatoes.
