Description
This is an easy recipe for creamy rice pudding.
Ingredients

- 1 cup of rice
- 4 cups of milk
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
Instructions
- Rinse the rice under cold water.
- In a pot, combine the rice and milk.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add sugar, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon.
- Cook for another 10 minutes until thickened.
- Serve warm or chilled.
Notes
- You can add raisins for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
